One of the keys to good country two step practice music is understanding the right speed. We call this beats per minute or BPM. Good practice music will be in the 150-160 BPM range. Social dancing music will be played from the 160’s to as high as the 190’s (I’m looking at you advanced dancers) So the list below should help you navigate the best music selections for your two step!
